This is a modern and well priced hotel in a nice building. The rooms are great modern and brand-new, with central heating, a safe, and multi-channel TV. The staff are really helpful and extremely friendly, managed the parking on-site. The venue has a peaceful and stunning location, close to airport...

The service was very good with an easy check-in. The staff were excellent co-operating and affable all the time. The hotel was in a particularly good location very close to a restaurant, Azca or Center and main bus station on the east side of the city.

The location of this hotel was comfortable and amazing, just a short walk from Antiguo Hospocio.

This spot is located in a peaceful area close to the city and the bus stop, offering lovely views and great access to Antiguo Hospocio.

Communication with the reception before arrival by telephone was very well and everything discussed was exactly the same. The room was exactly as booked, the beds very comfortable, a lot of space in the suite, specially pleasing was the very good air condition, that with outside temperatures of up to 30 degrees Celsius always made temperatures below 20 degrees possible in the room, if we wanted. In each room, the suite has an exit to a balcony with a view to the green, we did not hear anything from the close motorway and even with an open window, it was barely disturbing. Also very pleasant is the subterranean hotel garage that protects the car well from heating up outside. The hotel is located in a green residential area and therefore a pleasant journey and stay. Shopping centre 10 minutes by car within easy reach, the staff was very pleasant and always helpful on the floor, in the restaurant as well as at the reception

Good cleanliness and quality, as well as room decoration. Quiet environment

First we had a smoking room that was quite noticeable for the smell of tobacco, was quite annoying. We were asked to change it, this could have been avoided by asking for these preferences at the beginning, room was handed over to us. As for the room, soft pillows and glass door of the bathroom could not be closed completely. metal grill in the shower is a little uncomfortable to step on. Regarding the location, quite far from subway stops and without many options for lunch/dinner in the area. In relation to the free buffet, area where it is prepared is very small for the capacity of people who may have the hotel. We had to wait in line for half an hour to get a table.

The rooms are modern and great with a bathtub, ensuring guests have all the essentials. The staff is cooperative and incredibly nice, just as you would expect. The hotel has a quiet and stunning location, making it easy to catch the bus into the city center.

The room was very clean and well equipped, including music (radio) system. Quiet surroundings. Taxi stand in front of the hotel.

Hotel is located far from city centre. Breakfast is very expensive. Free wifi is available only in the lobby.

Great value for money, with comfortable rooms and a nice location for business purposes. The staff were friendly and the check-in process was quick and easy.
